Clareity Consulting conducted its thirteenth annual survey of Multiple Listing Services in January and February 2014. The purpose of the study was to learn more about MLS customer satisfaction and key metrics that affect it, including system performance and availability, technical support, vendor responsiveness, and communications. As in previous years, this year’s survey report focused on the basic, important questions that MLS executives ask each other when performing reference checks during the system selection process.
This year Clareity had great participation, with 254 MLSs representing over 890,000 subscribers completing the survey.
