In February of 2008, Clareity Consulting conducted its seventh annual survey of America’s leading Multiple Listing Services. The purpose of the study was to learn more about MLS customer satisfaction, system performance, and vendor responsiveness.
This year, 164 MLSs (12 more than last year) completed the survey, representing 864,020 subscribers (94,000 more than last year). Several MLS vendors encouraged their customers to respond to this year?s survey and we thank those vendors for their cooperation. Clareity also thanks each of the MLSs that participated.
