Today I was honored to be named on the 2013 Inman 100 report, an annual list of the Most Influential Real Estate Leaders that, according to Inman News, “recognizes those who embody leadership, ingenuity, strength, conviction, power, persistence, perseverance and progress — their voices and actions can move the industry toward.”
I feel like I should write a little acceptance speech, or at least thank those that made it possible. So…
Thank you so much for this honor! Since so much of what I do is in the background, helping others, this was quite was unexpected, but I can’t express how much I appreciate the recognition. Thank you to Inman News. Of course, I wouldn’t be where I am today without my partner, Gregg Larson, who has been named several times to this list himself. Then there is a long list of amazingly smart people I have had wonderful arguments with and learned so much from over the years – there are scores of you, and an incomplete list would just offend those I’d accidentally leave off – but you know who you are. Still, I can’t help but give a special shout out to Mark Lesswing at the National Association of Realtors. And so much thanks go to my clients, who have faith in my ability to be of service, and in whose service I continue to learn. You all have my heartfelt gratitude.
