NAR Selects 10K Research to Continue Popular Local MLS Statistics Service
Minneapolis, MN (July 12, 2011) – 10K Research and Marketing is thrilled to announce that the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR) Research Division has chosen 10K Research and Marketing as the preferred vendor for the continuation of the Economic and Market Watch reports.
NAR is streamlining the products and services they offer, and producing the Economic and Market Watch report in its current format has proven costly and time-consuming. But since the Research Division did not want to phase the report out entirely, potentially creating logistical problems for members, they chose 10K to smooth the transition into a refreshed quarterly report.

“10K has already been producing exceptional market analytics reports using local MLS data,” said Thomas J. Doyle, Marketing and Communications Manager for NAR’s Research Division. “We have referenced the 10K reports quite a bit in our daily Research operations, as they provide insightful, timely and easy-to-read information.”
NAR will produce four more quarterly reports through the second quarter of 2012. 10K is prepared to make the switch for existing clients immediately or after the final four NAR-produced reports are complete.

Peter Shuttleworth, the Chief Executive Officer for Metro MLS in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, expressed his gratitude to NAR Research for the years of service and his pleasure with the new vendor option.

With the NAR partnership, 10K will be providing services in nearly 100 MLS markets throughout North America with a series of interactive market analytics products, several statewide data initiatives and an abundance of easy-to-read market reports.
